Organic Honey from the City
Founder Matthias Kopetzky had the idea of producing honeys from the Viennese districts as layer honeys when he and his sister-in-law noticed that her honey from the 22nd district and his honey from the 12th district each tasted totally unique. That was the starting signal for producing organic honey from all of Vienna's districts.
The guiding principles are regionality, species-appropriate husbandry and the careful treatment of our environment, so that the people of Vienna can sweeten their daily lives with honey from the neighbourhood with a good conscience.
